Walk the red carpet before entering The Gables as our very special evening begins with an elegant wine & champagne reception in the Victorian garden courtyard. As we mingle, delectable hors d’oeuvres will be offered. A three course chef-inspired dinner will follow, served in the charming and intimate dining rooms. There will be a choice of three entrees, accompanied by wine. A luscious dessert with coffee/tea will be enjoyed before departing for the second highlight of the evening – the opening Gala Revue!
