Yes, There is a $250 deposit due at the time you sign and return your Group Reservation Invoice.

Yes, please provide entrée selections at least two weeks before the show. Some restaurants also ask that other menu items be pre-selected. You will be advised of that information when you select your restaurant.

Surflight provides one complimentary package for a group of 40 or more. You may choose to use the package for your bus driver. Otherwise, please let the Group Sales Manager know you would like to purchase an additional meal. As long as the show is not sold out, your bus driver is welcome to see the show free of charge.

Balance payments are due three weeks before the show. Paying this on time assures you of getting the proper number of seats/meals and helps prevent confusion at the time of the show.

If you have more people interested than listed on your invoice, please call the Group Sales Manager immediately to ensure availability. Many matinees will sell out and restaurants are sometimes booked for more than one group.

You may change the number of people in your group up until three weeks prior to the show. Once the balance is paid, no refunds will be issued.

You may choose from Surflight’s list of partner restaurants. Your choice must be confirmed with the restaurant by the Group Sales Manager.

Please see the menu for the restaurant you have chosen to determine what is included. If an item is not included on the menu, it will not be included in the package price. Please contact the Group Sales Manager with any questions.
